One of the unique strengths of our technical people is their practical know-how, gained by working closely with the project managers and field supervisors who implement their solutions. This practical feedback, combined with the first-hand experience of Australia’s myriad local field conditions, ensures that we deliver technical solutions designed to cope with any local challenge.
CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
Our Customer Care people are experts at turning customer interfaces into positive, no-hassle customer experiences. They manage all aspects of essential network customer contact, from receiving inbound calls about faults or service enquiries, to managing the web-based capture and processing of customer service information.
Customer Care people often work alongside other project team members to design integrated service delivery solutions that involve some sort of planned customer interaction or follow-up or require customer permission to gain access.
